BIZARDUNAK

Bizardunak is a Nafarroan folk music group,they sing in basque.The group is composed by 9 members and his muscic style is basque folk music.In their songs they speak about policy.

The Dubliners and The Pogues are a band based in Ireland, the musical styles of their songs.

They gave a concert in  the Ibilaldi last sunday and it was  incredible. Is a very cheerful music ,that  you can dance.So if  you like Ireland traditional music you have to go to the BIZARDUNAK concert!!!

The UEFA EUROPE LEAGUE

The Uefa Europe League is an international conpetition of football created by UEFA,in 1971.The UEFA Europe League consist in four previous rounds by way of direct eliminatory.

Since,the first edition  ,the finals were played to a double match.And to the conpetition came the best teams of their respectic leagues.  The first final was in 1972 and the last has been in 2012 in a famous and marvellous stadium of Bucarest.

The thropy was designed and created by Bertoni to the final Europa League Cup in 1972.Its weight is 15kg and is of  silver on a marble pedestral. A full-size replica trophy is awarded to each winner of the competition. Also a club that wins three consecutive times or five times overall will receive a 'special mark of recognition.

IBILALDIA

"Ibilaldia"is the party of the schools of Bizcay province.The first party it was organized by"Uribe kostako Ikastolak"in 1978,in Getxo.Since 1978  has become a traditional event.

Ibilaldia is essentially a volunteer walk around a circuit of 5-10 kilometers,that is surrounded by food stands and entertainment and,walkers sometimes make the walk in a support of an organization.The money that they collect it is to help  the Basque schools of the province of Bizcay and to reinforce Basque culture and language.All the event is organized by the teachers,students and parents.

In this Basque party apart from the walk around a circuit ,there are a lot of concerts of Basque bands of rock,ska,punk rock..and at different times. So you can not get bore. 

The next "Ibilaldi"is going to be celebrated in Trapagaran,the third of June, is organized by the "Ikastola Itxaropena".So if you are near Trapagaran you have to go!!

BERRI TXARRAK

BERRI TXARRAK is a basque rock power trio group from Lekunberri,(Nafarroa).The band is compound by Gorka Urbizu(the singer and guitarrist),Aitor Goikoetxea(the drummer) and Mikel Lopez Rubio(the bassist).
This band is very critic and maverick in the messages of the songs that they do.In the international aspect , they are very famous.The basque band has done tours in : England,Denmark,AEB,Mexiko and Nikaragua. 

The first disc was created in 1997,in 1999 they get out the second disc "Ikasten".The third disc "Eskuak/Ukabilak"was created in Andoain,in 2001."Libre"in 2003,"Jaio Musika Hil" in 2005,"Zertarako Amestu" in 2007,"Payola" in 2009 and "Haria" in 2011.

They regard themself as Basque citizens, not Spanish.They are critics with the spanish goverment, and in his songs they speak about democracy and the injustices that there are.

PEP GUADIOLA LEFT F.C BARCELONA

 

The Camp Nou gave a warm tribute to his still coach, Pep Guardiola, the departure of 'noi Santpedor' Blaugrana bench on home soil after four good years and so far, won thirteen titles that make him coach more fruitful in the history and undoubtedly one of the most beloved.He has been one of the most inportants trainers of the history of the  F.CBARCELONA,wining personal and colective titles wiht his team. 

  Guardiola became coach of FC Barcelona B. On 8 May 2008, Barcelona President Joan Laporta announced that Guardiola would succeed Frank Rijkaard as the first team manager. He signed his contract on 5 June 2008. In his first season as manager, Barcelona won the treble of La Liga, the Copa del Rey, and the Champions League. In doing so, Guardiola became the youngest UEFA Champions League-winning manager ever. The following season, Guardiola and Barcelona won the Supercopa de España, the UEFA Super Cup, and the FIFA Club World Cup, bringing the manager's tally to the maximum of six trophies in six competitions in one year, thus completing the first ever sextuple.

On 8 September 2011, Guardiola was awarded the Catalan parliament's Gold Medal, the highest honour. On 9 January 2012, Guardiola received the FIFA World Coach of the Year for Men’s Football award, with 42% of the votes, ahead of Manchester United’s Alex Ferguson, who received 16%, and José Mourinho, coach of Real Madrid, who had 12%.

On 27 April 2012, Guardiola announced he would quit as Barcelona manager on 30 June, after achieving 13 titles in four years at charge of the club. He stated he was experiencing severe physical and mental stress, and he left the team's management to his second-in-charge and good friend Tito Vilanova.

               

JUSTICE FOR IÑIGO CABACAS

A fan of the Athletic Club de Bilbao(a basque football team)was violently killed by the basque police in the match of Athletic-Schalke.
Iñigo Cabacas was born in Basauri and had 28 years old. He died 72 hours after receiving a ball in the head, during the riots after the match between Athletic and Schalke, last April 5.

The Athletic fans were celebrating the pass of their footbal team,when the basque police,did a violent and inadequate charge.In this intervention,they use riots balls,one of this balls hit Iñigo cabacas,killing him.          
  
 Parents say that  their son does not belong to any radical band .

The interior minister and head of the Ertzaintza have apologized.Now, the family and Iñigo Cabacas friends want only the truth of what happened in this nigt.In short time have been a lot of manifestation and concentrations  in many places,in memory of Iñigo Cabacas.
